Make sure it works with OSX 10.4. It doesn't.

have it so the DVD path automatically selects the DVD in the drive by default (so the user doesn't have to manually select the single DVDrom drive)

Users could change settings if they had more than one drive by surely most Mac users (ie. imac users) only have a single DVDrom drive.

Ability to save your own custom profile settings.
